First Citizens introduces another innovative way to Bank - with the First Citizens Mobile Banking App. Do your banking securely from your mobile device anywhere, anytime.
Using your First Citizens Mobile App you can:
View Account Balances and recent account activity.
Transfer funds between eligible accounts, setup scheduled transfers and view transaction history.
Setup account alerts to help you stay on top of your finances and monitor your account activity.
To start you must be enrolled in First Citizens Online Banking. Visit (www.firstcitizenstt.com) and click the ""Sign Up"" option, then request Online Banking.
About the Permissions this App Uses
• Location: This app will request permission to use your location to find First Citizen’s branches and ATMs near you.
• Contacts: This app reads to identify primary and secondary users on the device
• Identity: We access identity information to find accounts on the device which is required to manage multiple user functionality
• Camera: This app requires camera access for mobile check deposits.
• Photos/Media/Files: This app requires access to files on your device for processing images, caching information and saving files, such as statements.
• Device ID & call information: This app requires access to phone information, including the device phone number, to identify the device.
